Phil wanted a Desktop Ticker that his site visitors could download to allow them to keep up to date on the latest news in the Big Brother house. The ticker reads from the RSS feed on the Big Blagger site and displays the top 10 stories. If the top story changes a sound effect can be played and alert the user! The program can also be collapsed to a small area of the screen, moved around or minimised out of view. There are customisable options to allow the user to select the program to start on launch or change the duration that each story is displayed. The software has gone through many changes in design to match in with the site's colour scheme.
